Both Alto Impacto Executive Search and Alto Impacto Consulting are part of Alto Impacto GET. Since our foundation in 1998, we support international and local companies from various industries in their processes of cultural and organizational transformation, executive search, optimization of recruitment and selection processes, as well as in identifying leaders and developing their skills and effectiveness.

At Alto Impacto, we always have two Senior Consultants execute a search assignment; this practice has proven to be effective and a competitive advantage in terms of higher quality, speed and accuracy in the execution of search projects. MARIA JOSÉ GOYCOOLEA

CEO & Founder

María José is responsible for the Executive Search Practice at Alto Impacto GET, conducting searches in Latin America as well as worldwide. She is also responsible for research, design, development, and implementation of scientific solutions to help optimize and reduce costs in all HR processes for clients.

Prior to joining Alto Impacto GET she was Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International. During five years she conducted local, regional and global searches for various industries and positions. She was an active member of the Mining Latin-American Practice, working side-by-side with its leader, and building a knowledge base for the sector on a global level.
